A 9th victim of the San Jose mass shooting has died. Now investigators are focused on why it happened

Nine victims of the mass shooting in San Jose on Wednesday have been identified, and investigators are beginning to investigate why such violent violence occurred in the light rail yard in the early hours of the morning.
